For those looking to amplify their impact, The Collaborative option allows up to five complementary vendors to team up and present a cohesive, multi-faceted wedding experience together — perfect for planners, photographers, florists, and other creative pros who thrive on synergy.

10x10 | Signature Experience Space
A perfectly sized space to create an intimate, interactive experience for attendees. This space allows you to bring your brand to life with styled displays, hands-on elements, and one-on-one connections with brides and grooms in a curated, open-concept layout.

10x20 | Elevated Experience Space
Double the footprint for double the impact. This expanded space gives you the opportunity to create a fully immersive environment — ideal for larger installations, live demonstrations, styled vignettes, or multiple interactive elements that showcase your expertise.

20x20 | Luxe Showcase Space
Our largest individual space option, designed for vendors who want to make a bold statement. Perfect for high-end design displays, multiple activation zones, or fully built-out styled environments that truly transport attendees into your world of services.
Investment: $1,750 | Early Bird: $1,400 (register by September 22nd)

The Collaborative | Shared Creative Space (Up to 5 Vendors)
The ultimate in partnership and creativity. The Collaborative allows up to five vendors to join forces in one shared space, designing a cohesive, styled environment that highlights how their talents work seamlessly together. Perfect for planners, photographers, florists, rental companies, and other creative teams who want to showcase a full wedding experience as one unified concept. *Required to put your own creative collective together.
Investment: $600 per vendor (for full shared space) | Early Bird: $450 per vendor (register by September 22nd)
